When you submit a prayer request, connect with the ministry, send us a message, become a member, volunteer, submit a review or otherwise communicate with Praise Church AZ, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the content of your message or submission. Please share only the information you are comfortable providing.

Prayer Requests

Prayer requests may contain deeply personal information, and we treat them with care. When you submit a prayer request, you may be given the choice to keep your request private with Pastor Alyssa or permit it to be shared with the Praise Church AZ Prayer Angel network. We will honor the choice you make when submitting your request.

Giving and Payments

When you choose to give or make a purchase through a third-party payment provider, your payment information is processed by that provider according to its own privacy and security practices. Praise Church AZ does not need to receive or store your full payment-card information when the transaction is processed directly by the payment provider.

Website and Technical Information

Our hosting provider and website systems may process limited technical information needed to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the site, including IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or server logs.
